About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our Frameworks Department, delivering refurbishment and lifecycle replacement projects ranging from 50k to 10m in a variety of regions across the UK while being mainly office based.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of allocated projects, ensuring robust commercial controls are maintained to protect the business and maximise project profitability.
