The predicted salary is between 45000 - 55000 £ per year.

Project Manager with experience delivering minor works projects, collaborating effectively with internal project teams and client stakeholders to develop and implement long-term project strategies. Proven ability to identify growth opportunities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and support the transition to larger, more complex projects while ensuring successful delivery of programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of aspects of technical, asset management, safety and risk management including auditing and compliance reporting.
  • A comprehensive knowledge of current technical legislation, asset management and ISO standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO50000).
  • Detailed understanding of all statutory compliance processes and procedures such as CDM 2015, Building Regulations, British Standards, RIBA Stages and those set out within a specification.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering projects in highly regulated environments and a proven track record in successful delivery of multitask building services related projects.
  • Demonstrate financial and budget management responsibility for projects.
  • Previous knowledge and experience of BIM advantageous.
  • Strategic and direct management of multiple subcontractors.
  • Demonstrable skills in dealing and working closely with internal and external customers, and suppliers on complex and interrelated issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Demonstrate competency on project planning and time management; experienced in managing and delivering projects in accordance with NEC3 terms.
  • Undertake Appointed Person training and duties as/if required, e.g. HVAP.
  • Excellent IT skills including standard MS programs (Excel, Word, Projects, Office 365, PowerPoint).

Essential Hiring Criteria:

  • Educated to foundation degree, and technically qualified in a relevant building services or engineering discipline (electrical, mechanical, built environment), Incorporated/Chartered Engineer Status (or evidence of working towards) would be desirable.
  • A relevant project management and H&S qualification e.g. (APMP, PMQ, PRINCE 2, MSP, ISOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH).
  • Able to build strong and collaborative relationships with key customers and clients, an ability to quickly grasp their needs and an ability to galvanise resources to satisfy clients demands, to support account development and long-term sustainable and profitable tenure.
  • Ability to plan and organise work effectively to meet changing environments and needs.
  • A driver of people and projects with very strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of achievement on complex and demanding contracts and accounts.
