The predicted salary is between 44550 - 54450 £ per year.
This role sits within our Finance department which provides support services to the wider OCS Group and our front-line colleagues. As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Reconciling prior day bank transactions accurately and checking if the figures are correct
- Updating cashflow forecasts on a weekly basis, critically analysing any changes
- Posting Treasury accounting transactions in our accounting system
- Preparing and checking files on a weekly basis relating to the factoring program
- Preparing and distributing monthly reconciliations of factoring flows
- Executing bank transfers to move money
- Administrating online banking and Treasury systems
- Organising and filling banking documentation
- Arranging signatures for documentation from Senior Management/Directors
- Management of the Treasury inbox, investigating queries, filing emails, chasing parties
- Daily reporting of invoicing figures & cash collections figures
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- A minimum of 6 GCSE’s or equivalent – and qualifications specifically in Maths and English
- Be IT literate – knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Experience working in an office or finance environment
- Detail oriented, a strong attention to detail is a must in this role
- A highly-organised individual – You will possess exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- A keen interest in Treasury/Finance/money and eagerness to learn
- Confidence to approach Senior Managers/Executives for documentation signing & to answer queries
