About The Role:
WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday 08.30 till 17:00
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of reactive maintenance tasks and installations, including logging requests, assigning work to internal or external teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Prioritise maintenance activities based on urgency and operational impact, ensuring adherence to all service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of task progress, outcomes, and resolutions within relevant systems.
- Manage and close planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with scheduled maintenance plans.
- Liaise with service providers to confirm work completion, verify quality, and address any issues.
- Manage document control and maintenance databases to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
- Use procurement systems to raise purchase orders, track approval workflows, and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely processing of payments.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Experience with procurement and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, or similar).
