About The Role:
As a Control Room Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing daily operations within the control room and ensuring the smooth running of all services. You will lead a team of control room operators, provide guidance and training, and ensure all procedures are followed to a high standard. Flexibility is essential, as you may occasionally need to support during evenings or weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise control room operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Manage and support a team of operators, providing ongoing training and development.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, coordinating with relevant personnel to ensure swift resolution.
- Create and manage staff rotas, addressing last-minute changes due to sickness or operational requirements.
- Handle client queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor reports for accuracy and compliance, addressing any discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement improvements and meet business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a control room or security operations role (supervisory experience preferred).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Proficiency in using control room software and systems (training provided if necessary).
