The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Hours per week: Two vacancies and can be either of the following:

  • Shift pattern 1: Thursday, Friday, Saturday
  • Shift pattern 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

As Administrator, you will work with colleagues and clients to provide the business with key data insights and reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly contract reports as required by Contract Management Team.
  • Liaise with the Operational, Commercial and Helpdesk teams.
  • Raising quotes based on agreed rates with our client and sending them to the relevant centre for approval.
  • Ordering supplies and equipment for sites.
  • Managing data and shared spreadsheets to provide information to clients as required.
  • Assist with general operational recruitment tasks.
  • Assist with the security vetting of employees.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and deliver against tight deadlines.
  • You’ll enjoy working with data and delight in providing relevant and accurate reporting to support operational decision-making.
  • You will also have:
    • Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly Excel.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • An interest in data analysis & reporting from multiple data sources.
