- Ensure all compliance planned visits are undertaken in accordance with compliance schedule, and all maintenance is carried out in line with statutory and mandatory requirements.
- Ensure contract achieves 100% Statutory and mandatory compliance, KPI adherence and critical engineering asset framework protecting and enhancing of customer assets.

- Raise remedial works and advise on corrective measures as needed in order to maintain compliance and minimise risk on the estate.
- Work closely with the customer to identify areas of concern or improvement and set collective goals to achieve these.
- Establish areas of responsibility and formalise to avoid ambiguity and ensure effective collaboration.
- Documenting process and procedures required for ensuring compliance on the client site.
- Complete site audits in line with agreed programme and reporting any related compliance issues.
Skills
- High attention to detail
- Very high ability with Microsoft Office packages - particularly Excel
- Highly organised and strong planning skills
- Good ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- 10+ years within building services / facilities management
- High understanding of FM service and contract delivery and commercial implications
- Understanding of different compliance areas within the built environment / FM
- Application and configuration of CAFM systems, ideally Concept Evolution
- Advantageous to have enhanced knowledge of energy management and sustainability initiative
- Experience in a compliance or safety role is desirable
- Essential to have extensive knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274
- Candidates must be either trade qualified and experienced or qualified within a Building Services discipline.
- Advantageous to have professional registration of CIBSE / IEng with a relevant body
