About The Role:
Working pattern Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.
- To assist with cleaning across various sites, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
- To cover periods of absence, sickness and holidays, as instructed by the Area Manager. This activity will be required to be covered within the agreed time periods or within a two-hour elapsed period subject to site location/s.
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving license – a company vehicle will be provided
- Experience working in a cleaning environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
