About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out remedial electrical works following Fixed Wire Testing / EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports). This may include:
- Distribution Board Replacements
- Partial Re-wires
- Accessory Replacements
- Installing / Upgrading containment
- General Upgrades
- Fault Finding
- Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and company standards.
- Complete and submit accurate electrical certification and job reports.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the Fixed Wire Testing Team to ensure the timely completion of remedial tasks.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and customer service at all times.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
- Experience in electrical remedial works (Desirable)
- Strong knowledge of health & safety, and industry best practice.
- Excellent communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Must have strong IT literacy.
- Competent in completing electrical certification.
- IPAF (Desirable)
- PASMA (Desirable)
Essential Qualifications:
- A craft qualification such as a recognised electrical apprenticeship or equivalent to City & Guilds 2350 NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Engineering + AM2
- The current wiring regulations qualification such as or equal to City & Guilds 2381-18 Level 3 Award (18th Edition)
- Valid and in date Grade card/CSCS Card or equivalent qualification.
