About The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out detailed take-offs from tender documentation.
- Send out enquiries for materials and specialist sub-contractor packages.
- Create and complete tender upon Estimating software.
- Review tender Control sheet with line manager.
- Submission of tender to client with all tender deliverables.
- Contribute to the submission document and contract documentation.
- Support Value Engineering exercises and target costs.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
- Prior experience in the Building Services sector, whether from an operational or formal estimating background.
- Professional or Trade related vocational qualification – HNC/HND in Building services or Apprenticeship.
- Competent in the use of Trimble Estimation software system.
- CSCS Card.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence.
