Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:30
We're looking for a motivated and approachable individual to join our team at a high-priority client site. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with both our Cleaning and Security teams to ensure the site is maintained to the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service. You'll be supported by experienced Team Leaders for both Cleaning and Security, along with a knowledgeable and well-established team who are committed to delivering an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of Cleaning and Security services.
- Build positive working relationships with the client and site stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate the Cleaning and Security Team Leaders.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery, compliance, and health & safety.
- Monitor performance and resolve any operational issues promptly.
- Carry out regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Assist with planning staff cover, resources, and daily priorities.
- Promote a positive team culture and encourage continuous improvement.
- Respond professionally to any incidents or client requests.
