Window Cleaning Operative in Coventry

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm (But some flexibility is required at times due to clients' needs).

An experienced window cleaner is required to complete window cleaning to retail outlets to a company standard in and around the Coventry area. A company van is issued for work purposes only.

• To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manner.
• Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced.
• Report any faults to supervisor/management.
• Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
• Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors.
• Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if possible.
• Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/supervisor.

You will meet the following criteria:

• Must have right to work in the UK.
• You must hold a full UK Driving License.
• You will have experience in window cleaning and ideally in working at heights and high buildings.
• You must have the ability to work well on your own, be self-sufficient and motivated whilst also being comfortable working as part of a team and following instruction.
• A professional attitude.
