Days of Working - 4 on 4 off, rolling roster - 06:00-18:00. We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Operations Control Room Operator to join our team. This critical role involves monitoring security operations, coordinating responses, and ensuring seamless communication between field teams and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, and alarm activations.
  • Maintain clear communication with mobile response teams, site officers, and clients.
  • Log incidents, activities, and shift updates accurately in the control room systems.
  • Ensure compliance with operational protocols and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding site activities and incidents.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all security operations during your shift.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a control room or operations environment (Preferred).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and security software.
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
  • A valid SIA Licence (Essential).
  • Knowledge of Glasgow and surrounding areas (Preferred).
