Overview

In this role you will oversee the financial management of a major client account, ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting, budgeting, and risk oversight.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to prepare monthly and weekly financial updates and maintain accurate Power BI dashboards.

Your work will focus on margin optimization, timely billing, and robust financial records to support client decision-making and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial records for the contract with IFRS compliance and policy alignment
  • Lead month-end reporting, client reconciliations, and liaison between client and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly client reports and maintain Power BI dashboards to reflect financial status
  • Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews, ensuring budget adherence and margin realization
  • Collaborate with Commercial administration to ensure timely billing and accurate allocation of category-based revenue and capex
  • Drive continuous finance and operational process improvements across procedures
  • Ensure robust Purchase Order, WIP, and Committed Cost records for accurate client self-serve dashboards
  • Act as a key contact for completion and reporting to the Group Function
  • Key requirements
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or newly/recently qualified
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting management accounts
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience
  • Experience with WIP in FM is desirable
  • Commercial acumen with ability to interpret numbers and communicate issues
  • High attention to detail with commercial focus
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation
  • Analytical problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Excel and Power BI skills; ability to work with complex financial models
