The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Park Presentations Team. You will ensure, with the support of your team, that both guest-facing and staff areas are cleaned and maintained whilst following all industry standards, guidelines, and recommendations. Reporting to the Park Presentations Manager, you will collaborate to improve the overall guest experience and drive a Guest Obsessed culture, ensuring your teams are role models for the expected behaviours and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving Park KPI general & toilet cleanliness scores through strong leadership, training and operational efficiency
- Performance and development management of a group of Cleaners
- Managing a 24/7 team function, ensuring team are motivated and engaged
- Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of stock
- Training new staff members
- Supporting the Waste & Recycling team where necessary
Qualifications/Experience:
- An experienced cleaning supervisor with the ability to communicate clearly, motivating and inspiring a large workforce
- Interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Agile in approach and a keen problem solver, able to react quickly to operational challenges
- Proven ability to enforce policy & procedural compliance
- High standards and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of driving improvement and hitting targets
- Confident in making high pressure decisions
- Confident and competent in data analysis
