About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 0630am to 1430pm
Job Specification: The main purpose of the role is to clean high level areas, clean within enclosed spaces and other cleaning tasks within the factory area. The position is for deep cleaning using specialist equipment, working around very expensive machinery on the factory floor. The job holder will be responsible for deep cleaning areas around working machinery in the factory which will require good communication skills with their supervisor and ability to work at height in a demanding active environment.
Role responsibilities and duties:
- Ensure that areas are always cleaned to the highest standards.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly.
- Deal with any management requests promptly and courteously.
- Always maintain Health and Safety standards. PPE to be worn at all times.
To succeed in the role, you will need:
- Ability to work quickly and to a tight schedule in a busy environment.
- Be punctual.
- To have a good attention to detail.
- Able to multitask, be reliable and responsible.
- Ability to carry and move cleaning equipment.
- Be able to communicate effectively with management and H&S team to report any safety issues.
- Basic English level (to be able to have a conversation and understand health and safety processes and procedures).
