About The Role:
- Days of Working: Various shifts throughout the week, days nights and weekends as per rota
- Maintain a security presence at our client sites, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for customers and members of the public
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies
- Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain PSA standards in relation to code of conduct
- Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adhering to the requirements of the company’s health and safety policy and health and safety management plans
- Ensure the delivery of consistently high standards of customer service
- Adhere to the company’s dress code and wear the correct uniform
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a busy security role
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work with CCTV systems
- Well presented, punctual and focused on attention to detail
- Current, valid PSA Licence
- Must be able to provide clear and complete 5-year work history including references
