About The Role:
Shift patterns: 8 hours. Variable days and start times. This role plays a crucial part in the overall maintenance and appearance of trains, contributing to a positive customer experience. You will travel on the train whilst it is in service, upholding an excellent cleaning service.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain a tidy environment inside the train.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed, ensuring that all necessary materials are on hand to perform daily tasks.
- You will work onboard the trains during travel and will therefore have interaction with passengers and train crew.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- You must have right to work in the UK.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Previous experience in cleaning would be advantageous.
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts.
