About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and professional Security Supervisor to lead and support our security team. In this role, you will ensure that all security duties are carried out efficiently, maintain a visible security presence, and act as the first point of escalation for incidents across assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support security officers, ensuring duties are executed effectively.
- Conduct site patrols, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Maintain a visible security presence and respond promptly to security-related incidents.
- Liaise with clients and management to ensure service excellence.
- Train, mentor, and develop security staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage shift scheduling, reporting, and key control procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Proven experience in security with a supervisory or leadership background.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent report writing skills and computer literacy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
Additional Requirements: All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
