About The Role:
Shift Pattern: 5 in 7, mobile chef role to cover various shifts over different days
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and driven Mobile Relief Chef to join our Catering team.
Youโll support our teams based on sites across the region and will need to have an autonomous approach to meet client needs with regards to food themes and events
You'll have the use of a company vehicle or can claim mileage allowance.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- To create daily menus that wow our customers, keep up with current food trends and look after our customers wellbeing and nutrition
- To promote the use of sustainability and be mindful of carbon footprint
- Ensure the kitchen operates at our high company and legal standards
- Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant
- Food preparation, ordering, stock management
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have right to work in the UK
- Must be willing to travel as part of the job role
- Experience as a Chef with a proven track record
- Significant kitchen experience in a similar role
- Experience of managing the preparation & cooking of fresh food in a fast-paced environment
