The predicted salary is between 44550 - 54450 £ per year.
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain services and operations to comply with site specific quality standards as advised by the client and Operations Manager/Contracts Manager.
- Inform Operations Manager/Contracts Manager of any training and development needs of your teams or individuals’ goals to enhance performance.
- Maintain the necessary conditions for an effective and safe working environment.
- Fulfil any administration and management of the cleaning teams and to roster and recruit for operatives as required.
- Build a strong working relationship with the client ensuring site objectives are always met.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Previous experience in the cleaning sector is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in delivering effective customer service.
- Supervision capability.
