About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 10am until 3:30pm. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing office operations and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will organise meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain office supplies, contributing to an efficient and productive work environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks

  • Handle correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
