About The Role:
Working pattern Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00. We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager (Soft Services) to join our passionate and driven team based at our client’s sites across the region.
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Have the day-to-day responsibility for quality performance on the various contracts with respect to cleaning.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of the operation of the contract and ensure compliance with the contract specification.
- Apply quality control procedures to ensure the maintenance of high standards of service.
- Assist in effective management within budgetary constraints.
- Full management control of people resources and responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to and including dismissal of staff.
- Have direct reports in a specified geographic area (40-70 approx).
- Be responsible for in the region of 50 to 70 buildings within their specified geographic area.
- Identifies ways to reduce cost.
- Work within a given budget, usually without authorised spending of their own.

- Strong leadership style with a focus on supporting and developing employees and colleagues.

- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet customer or business needs.
- Ability to travel from site to site as required to meet the needs of the business.
- Flexible to undertake cleaning activities to support their team.
