The predicted salary is between 36675 - 44825 £ per year.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on commercial buildings and associated plant equipment.
  • Conducting routine servicing, inspections, and testing to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs to minimise downtime and disruption to clients.
  • Working on a range of commercial heating systems and AC equipment.
  • Identifying potential issues before they become major failures and recommending remedial works where necessary.
  • Responding to breakdowns and emergency call-outs in a professional and timely manner.
  • Completing detailed service reports, maintenance records, and compliance documentation using electronic or paper-based systems.
  • Carrying out HVAC reactive works, mechanical faults and general maintenance repairs.

Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) or equivalent (essential).
  • F-Gas Category 1 (essential).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (desirable).

Experience Required:

  • Air Conditioning experience (essential).
  • Previous facilities management or building services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs and commercial heating plant.
  • Excellent mechanical and HVAC fault-finding skills.
