The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.
You'll oversee all cleaning and associated duties carried out by all those that you are responsible supervising.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms and ad hoc areas.
- Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees as required.
- Identify training needs on site, conduct training and keep records of completed training.
- Assist with investigations of personal accidents or disciplinary matters.
- Monitor cleaning product usage, maintain stock levels and submit orders within agreed site budgets.
Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field.
- Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and work flexibly, including varying hours and days.
