The predicted salary is between 25000 - 30000 Β£ per year.

You'll oversee all cleaning and associated duties carried out by all those that you are responsible supervising.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, washrooms and ad hoc areas.
  • Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruit new employees as required.
  • Identify training needs on site, conduct training and keep records of completed training.
  • Assist with investigations of personal accidents or disciplinary matters.
  • Monitor cleaning product usage, maintain stock levels and submit orders within agreed site budgets.

Qualifications

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning or a similar field.
  • Experience in staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise tasks and work flexibly, including varying hours and days.
