Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance.
- Responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.
- Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of the floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).
- Responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.
- Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and also the distribution to cleaning cupboards.
- You will come into regular contact with customers/clients, so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels.
- You must have Right to Work in the UK.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- You will be able to work to deadlines and prioritise.
