OCR Alpha are working with a leading global multi-strategy hedge fund who are looking to expand their Treasury Operations team in London.
The role will report directly to the Global Head of Middle Office and will focus on collateral management, margin, exposure monitoring and counterparty engagement across multiple asset classes.

The team are looking for someone who can come in and make an immediate impact, so candidates will need strong hands‑on experience across collateral management, margin and Treasury Operations, ideally gained within a hedge fund or broader buy‑side environment. Strong candidates from investment banks will also be considered.
Strong multi-asset product knowledge is important, alongside a practical understanding of CSA agreements, ISDA conventions and collateral-related operational requirements. Experience with platforms such as TriResolve, AcadiaSoft, TriOptima or similar would also be beneficial.
