Base pay range

OCR Alpha are currently partnering with a prestigious global multi-strategy hedge fund who are looking to expand their Tax team due to continued growth. This firm manages more than $10bn and is considered one of the best tier 1 hedge funds to join due to a down-to-earth and positive culture.

This role will work directly with their global Head of Tax on a broad range of responsibilities, including the preparation and review of partnership and corporate tax returns, collaboration with external accounting firms to prepare tax across jurisdictions, and addressing tax queries from senior members of the firm.

In addition to the business-as-usual work, this role will be strategic in nature, helping to design and improve internal controls and policies, as well as ensuring tax compliance across several jurisdictions.

They are looking for a Big 4 accountant who works in tax with between 2-8 years of experience due to team structure. ACA or CTA qualifications are helpful, but not a requirement for this position.
