Junior Operations Analyst
OCR Alpha is partnered with a growing London-based hedge fund managing over £2bn AUM, running fundamental, equity-focused absolute return strategies. The firm is looking to add a Junior Analyst to its lean and expanding Operations team, offering the opportunity to gain full front-to-back exposure within a high-calibre investment environment.
The ideal candidate will have multiple years\’ experience in buy- or sell-side operations, trade support, or fund accounting, with a solid understanding of equities and related products (including derivatives, FX, and cash instruments), and familiarity with the trade lifecycle, reconciliations, and settlements. Strong Excel skills and a proactive, analytical mindset are key, with exposure to VBA or Python viewed favourably.
