This lean, high-caliber fund offers a unique opportunity to work closely with top industry professionals, gaining exposure that would be harder to find at a larger firm. Due to the team's size, this role provides broad, generalist Investor Relations experience. You will work alongside a senior Investor Relations professional and report directly to the founding partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and distributing investor reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems.
- Support portfolio reporting by compiling and verifying financial data.
- Assist in completing RFPs and DDQs by coordinating with internal teams.
- Regularly update holdings and performance spreadsheets.
- Respond to investor queries professionally and track inquiries for follow-up.
- Help prepare investor presentations, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Compile and review portfolio performance data for investor updates and reports.
Ideal Candidate:
- 0–2 years of experience, with exposure to DDQs and RFPs.
