We are working with our client, a leading quantitative trading firm based in London, looking to hire for a newly created Client Services position. You will act as the primary point of contact for their institutional and retail clients, ensuring a high level of service and seamless communication between the trading and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of trading or financial markets. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to respond swiftly to client queries and manage relationships effectively.
This is a full-time, in-office role, requiring you to work five days a week from the central London office. You will collaborate closely with various clients and colleagues across various departments, providing key support to clients while gaining valuable exposure to the inner workings of a successful quantitative trading firm.
