We are working with our client, an industry-leading hedge fund, to hire for a newly created Client Services role based in London. This highly collaborative position will involve working closely with clients by preparing reports, managing due diligence requests (DDQ/RFPs), and coordinating investor updates and materials.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-5 years of experience and will have worked with CRM systems and investor relations platforms, possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
In this role, you’ll liaise with internal teams to collect and process data for client updates, manage due diligence processes, coordinate and host ODD Meetings, and oversee key tasks such as transaction management, client onboarding, and maintaining client-related materials -preparing investor breakdown & regulatory reports which involve investor data.
