Role Overview
We’re looking for a Video Editor / Content Creator to join our team and produce high-performing, social-first video content across multiple platforms. This role is focused on creating engaging, platform-native content as well as more polished campaign and event edits, working closely with our creative and social teams.
Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Produce both low-fi, fast-turnaround social content and high-end polished edits
- Create campaign content, promotional videos and event after-movies
- Ensure all content is optimised for each platform, format and audience
- Work closely with the social team to develop video concepts and formats
- Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for larger projects
- Assist with planning shot lists and storyboards where needed
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand alignment across all content
Videography Support
- Lead or assist with filming during content shoots, events and campaigns
- Capture social-first content during shoots when required
- Support the wider creative team with production needs
Skills & Experience
- Strong video editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and pacing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Videography experience, including shooting in a range of environments
- Strong understanding of video formats and optimisation for social media
- Good visual storytelling ability
- Experience creating content for brands, campaigns or social channels
- Working knowledge of the wider Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience producing event after-movies or promotional content
- Awareness of current social media video trends and formats
