Role Overview
- Content & Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day activity across multiple client social media accounts.
- Plan, schedule, and publish social media content across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and manage content calendars for multiple clients.
- Write engaging and creative social media copy that aligns with the brand tone of voice and campaign objectives.
- Monitor trends across social media, pop culture and digital media to identify opportunities for engaging content.
- Assist with planning and briefing content for shoots, campaigns and social media activations.
- Develop clear briefs for designers and videographers.
- Attend content shoots where required to capture social media content.
- Work closely with the creative and video team to ensure content aligns with brand strategy.
- Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, content formats and storytelling.
- Support the Head of Social with campaign planning and execution.
- Assist with client communications relating to social media activity.
- Help track and report on content performance and social media insights.
- Support the management of CRM relating to social media projects.
Skills & Qualifications
- Essential
- Strong interest in social media, internet culture and digital content.
- Ability to write engaging captions that align with different brand tones.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects, for editing social media video content.
- Basic design skills for social media graphics (Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite).
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Previous experience managing social media accounts.
- Background in marketing, communications or a creative field.
- Experience attending or assisting with content shoots.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
