Job Description
Purpose of the Role
Ocorian continues to drive growth through an active M&A strategy. We are seeking an experienced M&A professional to join our Corporate Development team and support the execution of our ambitious inorganic growth plans.
Working closely with the Group Head of Corporate Development, you will play a key role in delivering transactions end‑to‑end and contributing to strategic expansion.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead M&A transactions from initial evaluation through to completion
- Prepare investment papers, valuations, and financial models to support decision-making
- Support deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation with legal and advisors
- Manage transaction timelines and coordinate day-to-day project delivery
- Oversee due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors
- Provide clear updates and recommendations to senior management and the Board
- Support successful post-merger integration of acquisitions
Qualifications
- M&A experience (Big 4, investment bank, or corporate) with end-to-end deal exposure
- Experience in financial, professional or tech-enabled services
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Solid understanding of finance, accounting, and transaction processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Strong communication and presentation skills at a senior stakeholder level
- Collaborative mindset with high professional standards and attention to detail
