Purpose of the Job: As a Senior Administrator within Investor Services, you will play a key role in supporting the administration of a diverse portfolio of international funds while delivering an exceptional service to clients and investors. Working as part of the Global Funds team in Belfast and reporting to the Manager, Investor Services, you will take ownership of a broad range of investor servicing activities throughout the full fund lifecycle, from investor onboarding and ongoing administration through to fund closure. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced funds professional who enjoys working in a client-focused environment and building strong relationships with fund managers, directors and other key stakeholders. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the funds, ensuring all activities are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The role offers the chance to take on greater responsibility, support and guide colleagues, and contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values quality, accountability and continuous improvement, whilst gaining exposure to a varied and growing international client base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage investor onboarding and periodic CDD reviews, ensuring regulatory and internal requirements are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fund managers, directors, accountants and other key stakeholders to support fund operations.
  • Deliver a high-quality investor service by responding to investor queries accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Coordinate and monitor team deliverables, helping to manage workloads and support the successful completion of deadlines.
  • Prepare and review investor drawdown and distribution notices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor cash receipts and payment activities in line with cash monitoring policies and approved procedures.
  • Review and authorise payments while maintaining effective controls and governance standards.
  • Maintain investor records, registers and data to a high standard of accuracy and completeness.
  • Support FATCA and CRS reporting requirements and associated compliance obligations.
  • Contribute to internal projects, particularly those focused on enhancing processes, efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to achieve key client and operational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a funds environment, with exposure to investor services, fund administration or related activities.
  • Good working knowledge of investor onboarding, CDD/KYC reviews and investor administration processes.
  • Understanding of fund operations, cash management, investor reporting and associated controls.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to support and guide colleagues while contributing positively to team performance and service delivery.
