Purpose of the Job
Supporting the head of the team deliver on the analytics & reporting. Coverage across all service lines & FBP, supporting any absences and ad hoc requirements. To provide insightful and actionable analysis, commentary and insight.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic support to the Global Head of FP&A.
- Working with the FP&A FBPs, drive delivery of financial commitments.
- Proactively identify and deliver opportunities to improve financial performance with robust insight & commentary.
- Support production of budget & forecast analytics including monthly tracking.
- Work closely with the Financial Controllership team to deliver financial reporting and insights in the most efficient and effective manner.
- Monthly reporting and analysis including supporting Monthly Business Reviews, and input into our external reporting to investors and lenders.
- Support the development of management information reporting templates for business performance management.
- Support the roll out of automation of financial management reporting & dashboard.
- Ad hoc support to the head of FP&A.

- Fully qualified professional accountancy qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and articulate.
- A solution driven attitude to problems.
- Strong time management, organisational and IT skills.
