Job Description: To provide professional trust and company administration services to a varied portfolio of clients in the Private Client Department, compliance at all times with the Policies and Procedures of Ocorian to assist with the smooth operation of the department. The provision of professional and high-quality service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- To administer, with the support of a manager/assistant manager a portfolio of trusts, companies and/or other entities to ensure all activities align with statutory requirements and governing documents.
- To ensure the tax status of entities is observed with the timely completion of tax returns.
