Purpose of Role

We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our Operations team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and maintaining robust customer due diligence (CDD) on corporate clients and Trust clients, ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with previous experience within a Corporate Service Provider (CSP), trust and corporate services, financial services, or a regulated professional services environment.

  • Main Responsibilities
  • Complete KYC/CDD reviews for corporate clients, including complex ownership structures.
  • Verify client documentation and identify beneficial owners and key controlling parties.
  • Conduct risk assessments and customer screening, including sanctions, PEP and adverse media checks.
  • Support ongoing monitoring and periodic client reviews.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to obtain required due diligence information.
  • Escalate high-risk or unusual findings where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate client records in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in a KYC, AML, or CDD role within a Corporate Service Provider, trust company, fund administrator, banking, or regulated financial services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate customer due diligence requirements and beneficial ownership identification.
  • Experience reviewing complex corporate structures across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with AML regulations, sanctions screening, and risk-based approaches to customer onboarding.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
