Purpose of the Job: A junior FP&A role, supporting the team deliver on the annual goals and objectives set for the Finance team. Coverage across all our services lines and the entire business. To provide insightful and actionable analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support to the FP&A team on month end management reporting including revenue and EBITDA, Monthly Business Reviews, CFO packs and Investor Finance Packs.
  • Consolidation of the annual planning cycle and forecasting.
  • Support the budget process including the monthly tracking across the entire business.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team including Group Reporting and Data team.
  • Support the development of management information reporting templates for business performance management.
  • Support the roll out of automation of financial management reporting.
  • Ad hoc support to the Head of FP&A.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in accounting and finance.
  • A-levels or equivalent.
  • Sound analytical and abstract reasoning skills.
  • Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • A solution driven attitude to problems.
  • Intermediate user of Excel and PowerPoint.
