Accountabilities:
- Office Management
- PA Services to Belfast Director
- Preparation of tenders and related documentation
- Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems
- HR admin and support
- Admin support to Engineers
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in Office Management including tender preparation
- A qualification in Business Administration/Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for IT
- Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems
- Good communication skills
- A 'can do', customer focused approach
