An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager in our Belfast Office.

Accountabilities:

  • Office Management
  • PA Services to Belfast Director
  • Preparation of tenders and related documentation
  • Office Health and Safety and Quality Systems
  • HR admin and support
  • Admin support to Engineers

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in Office Management including tender preparation
  • A qualification in Business Administration/Quality Systems or equivalent is desirable but not essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general aptitude for IT
  • Experience of ISO 9000 or similar systems
  • Good communication skills
  • A 'can do', customer focused approach
