Key Responsibilities Intermediate Assist with the design and specification of mechanical building services systems in accordance with current regulations and design standards.
Work as part of an integrated project design team.
Assist with the management of engineering tasks on projects.
Support construction-stage activities, including site inspections, technical submittals and responding to RFIs.
Senior Lead the design and specification of mechanical engineering solutions for building projects.
Work directly with clients to define project requirements and develop technical solutions.
Lead multidisciplinary project design teams.
Manage pre-construction engineering activities, including services coordination, tender documentation, specifications and equipment schedules.
Lead project delivery during construction, including site inspections, technical submittals and RFIs.
Mentor and support junior engineers.
