It is a high-impact position suited to someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for strong long-term progression.
In this position, you will take ownership of relationships with fund administrators and third-party providers, ensuring appropriate oversight and smooth day-to-day interaction. You will be responsible for checking and approving NAV calculations, resolving any issues that arise, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting. The role also covers oversight of fund expenses, including accruals, allocations, and fee structures, alongside involvement in the audit process, preparation of financial statements, and coordination of tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ fund accounting experience, gained at an asset manager or service provider. Experience with long-only funds is required, while hedge fund exposure is a plus. You should have a solid understanding of NAVs and an interest in automation and improving processes, whether through prior experience or a willingness to learn.
