Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence‑based exercise programmes designed to improve balance, strength, mobility and confidence in older adults and individuals at risk of falls in Oldham and surrounding areas.
- Help participants maintain independence, improve functional ability and enhance their overall quality of life through safe and effective exercise sessions.
- Teach 8–12 falls prevention classes in Oldham and the surrounding area.
Qualifications
- Qualified with an L4 Postural Stability Instructor qualification.
- First aid certificate.
- Valid DBS check.
Compensation and Hours
- Pay rate: £24.21 per hour.
- Various casual hours available.
- Free facility membership.
