This is a full-time, on-site Clinic Concierge / Receptionist role based in the London Area. The role involves greeting patients and visitors warmly, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming front-of-house experience.

Daily tasks include:

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Handling email and in-person enquiries
  • Providing clear information about appointments, clinic procedures and logistics
  • Managing appointment bookings, confirmations and changes
  • Coordinating patient flow with clinical and surgical teams
  • Accurately updating patient records in the practice management system
  • Processing payments
  • Preparing and organising paperwork
  • Maintaining a tidy reception area
  • Supporting administrative tasks to help ensure a high standard of patient care and service

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional front-of-house and receptionist skills, including experience in a hospitality professional or medical office environment
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing patient bookings, including coordinating diaries and handling changes efficiently (desirable but not essential)
  • Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills, with a calm and professional manner when dealing with all patients and visitors
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling patient records, payments and confidential information
  • Exceptional customer/patient service orientation, with the ability to support patients who may be anxious and to provide clear, empathetic information
  • Competence with basic IT systems, e.g., practice management software, email, calendars, MS Office or similar
  • Previous experience in healthcare, hospitality or a patient-/customer-facing role is highly beneficial
