Ockwells provides temporary site protection materials and safety products for the construction and marine industries, supplying items like floor, door, and surface coverings, tapes, and safety barriers to prevent damage and ensure site safety during building projects. We support customers from initial build to final handover, offering specialised products—including flame-retardant options—and maintain large stocks across the UK to ensure quick and reliable supply. Join us and play a key role in supporting branch operations, helping us deliver great service and specialist products to our customers every day.

What you will be doing:

  • Proactively contact existing customers to maintain regular engagement
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key site contacts
  • Manage your own customer ledger and develop growth opportunities
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across product ranges
  • Log activity accurately to support sales tracking and reporting
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer journey
  • Working alongside the area sales managers with a hybrid approach to ensure customers get the best service always
