Role Overview

As the senior-most DevOps leader, you will:

• Define and execute the global DevOps strategy across multiple acquired platforms and cloud environments.
• Build, scale, and mentor high-performing DevOps and Platform Engineering teams across several geographies.
• Architect and champion an enterprise-wide CI/CD ecosystem with world-class automation, observability, and security.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to drive operational excellence, developer productivity, and platform reliability.
• Shape the future engineering culture at a fintech experiencing hyper-growth and increasing technical complexity.

This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on technical credibility, ideal for someone who has scaled engineering capabilities in startup-to-scale‑up environments.

Experience

You are likely:

• A senior DevOps, Platform, SRE or Infrastructure leader with deep technical expertise (CI/CD, IaC, cloud, automation, platform reliability).
• Experienced in scaling global teams and integrating engineering functions across multiple countries.
• Fluent in modern DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Someone who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving fintech or SaaS environments.
• A collaborative, low-ego leader who can operate confidently across time zones, cultures, and organisational levels.
