The Role
You'll be joining- a small, energetic squad focused on building world-class journeys across a B2C marketplace.
In this role, you'll get stuck into everything from discovery and research to prototyping and polished
UI – all while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
You'll have room to grow, be supported by strong leadership, and collaborate across product, engineering, and data to deliver experiences that actually make a difference.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing end-to-end consumer journeys that are simple, fast, and engaging
- Leading user research to inform and validate design decisions
- Producing wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts throughout the product lifecycle
- Being an active member of the wider design community – sharing, learning, iterating
Skills You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in UX or Product Design
- Strong portfolio of work across web and mobile experiences
- Comfortable planning, conducting, and synthesising user research
- Skilled in design tools (Figma essential), prototyping, and user testing
- Experience working cross-functionally in product teams
- Understanding of information architecture, systems thinking, and interaction design
- Bonus: e-commerce or marketplace design experience
- Bonus: knowledge of CRO tools (GA, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.)
