As a Graduate Business Analyst, you will sit at the heart of the project delivery team, acting as the bridge between the business and IT. You will support the end-to-end delivery of business systems and IT projects — helping to capture what the business needs, test that solutions work as intended, and keep stakeholders informed along the way. You will also spend time out in the business, mapping how things work today, spotting opportunities to do them better, and helping to turn those ideas into practical, effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of business systems and IT projects, contributing across requirements gathering, testing, issue management, and progress reporting
- Analyse existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the implementation of effective solutions
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Assist with test planning and execution, including user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Track, manage, and escalate project issues and risks, ensuring timely resolution
- Produce clear project documentation, status reports, and management updates
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business and IT
- Support change management and user adoption activities during system rollouts
